PixelPortech accepts return-authorization requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, unmodified, complete, and in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, batteries, chargers, labels, and components included. A qualifying customer will be permitted to return the product for inspection. A refund is not issued before the returned product is received and inspected. A return may be rejected if inspection shows use, operational testing, wear, contamination, modification, missing components, altered serial numbers, return damage, or a product different from the one originally shipped.

Photographs of the product, packaging, serial number, and accessories; and Video evidence if you claim that the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or malfunctioning. Do not send any product back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
No. Submitting a request begins the return-authorization process. When the customer provides the required information and appears to satisfy the return conditions, PixelPortech will issue return instructions. Final refund approval occurs after the returned product has been received and inspected. PixelPortech will provide a written explanation if a refund is denied or reduced.
Contact PixelPortech as soon as possible and within 48 hours after delivery if your package or product arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Please provide photographs or videos of the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, serial number, and all received components. The 48-hour period is an evidence-reporting period for shipping damage, incorrect-item, and missing-component claims only. It is not the general return deadline and does not replace or shorten the 30-day return-request period for eligible unused products. Delayed reporting may limit PixelPortech’s ability to confirm the product’s delivery condition or submit a claim to the carrier or fulfillment provider. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
A customer may request a return within the applicable 30-day period when the product remains unused, complete, and in its original condition. Minor differences caused by lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, ordinary manufacturing tolerances, or non-material cosmetic variations do not automatically mean the product was misrepresented. However, the product may still be returned when it independently satisfies all eligible-unused return requirements. Allegations that the product is materially different from its description must be supported by clear photographs or videos.
