Daily order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
• United States: 4–6 business days after shipment
• International Orders: 5–7 business days after shipment (depending on location)

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

a) Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
b) Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
